ABC Class Registration

This form allows you to register for the selected course. Families attending together only need to submit one registration form.

Please do not use "nick-names". Your full legal name is required for use on official documents. Manuals / materials can be shared by up to 3 people. Please list all attending.

Instruction is provided free by volunteers. Manuals are $45. A manual can be shared by up to three students.

NOTE: When attending our classes at MarineMax, for certain classes each registered student is charged $5 to cover the costs of the meals. Some classes may break for lunch at local restaurants at your own expense..

Please plan to pay the calculated amount the day of the class. We are prepared to accept cash (correct change appreciated), personal check, or credit card.
