ABC Class Registration

This form allows you to register for the selected course. Families attending together only need to submit one registration form.

Please do not use "nick-names". Your full legal name is required for use on official documents. Manuals / materials can be shared by up to 3 people. Please list all attending.

Instruction is provided free by volunteers. Manuals are $45. A manual can be shared by up to three students.

NOTE: Meals are available for classes taught at certain locations typically consisting of continental breakfast, sandwich lunch and afternoon snack (may vary). Each registered student is charged $5 to cover the costs of the meals. Some classes may break for lunch at local restaurants at your own expense. You are also welcome to bring your own meals / snacks at your own expense. The availability of meals is indicated in the "Course date and location" selection box above.

Please plan to pay the calculated amount the day of the class. We are prepared to accept cash (correct change appreciated), personal check, or credit card.
